Ordering

You can order in multiple ways including:

• Order direct from the website (payment options: major credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Purchase Order and more!)
• Order over the phone with credit card
• Submit a purchase order to us by email
• Order by mail
• Stop by and pick up (in the Los Angeles area only, call ahead for stock)

We’re pretty flexible, so if you don’t see your preferred method of payment, let us know!

We also offer discounts on bulk purchases, so give us a call and we can quote you a price. We work with re-sellers and other entities such as various government agencies so we can place orders with a Re-seller's Certificate or Tax Exempt documents.

Available to Order

Items marked “Available to Order” may be in transit to us from one of our suppliers, require extended handling or lead times, or be Made to Order by the manufacturer.

Special Orders (NCNR)

While we carry an enormous amount of tools and have an impressive catalog for you to shop from, there are still many tools out there that require a special order. We're more than happy to help you place a special order for something we don't have listed, or if a tool is already listed and it's made to order, we'd love to help you get it. Because some manufacturers do not allow us to cancel a special order once we place it, we reserve the right to assess a cancellation fee on orders that denote non-cancelable, non-returnable (NCNR). If you need an exception to this policy, please let us know and we can see if an exception could be obtained from the manufacturer.
