Returns

Returns are sometimes a sensitive subject. We understand that there are times when a tool is ordered by mistake, just wasn’t the right choice for the job, or even something as trivial as the wrong color. And no one wants to get a restocking fee.

We get it.

That’s why we’re offering free returns on unopened items returned without damaged packaging. Orders will need to be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Your order will also need to be returned in the same condition as when it was purchased (100% new and resalable condition, in original packaging. Items must be UNUSED). RMA number/slip and/or order number must accompany return to ensure timely refund and to avoid a restocking fee. Orders returned without an RMA slip/number or order number will not be refunded. In summary, to ensure a full refund and a free return, return your order in new condition and ensure we can process the return quickly.

Unfortunately there are times when an item is returned used, abused or worse, someone swaps the new tool with their old beat up one. In cases such as these, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee all the way up to 100% of the price.
