Returns

Returns are sometimes a sensitive subject. We understand that there are times when a tool is ordered by mistake, just wasn’t the right choice for the job, or even something as trivial as the wrong color. And no one wants to get a restocking fee.

We get it.

That’s why we’re offering free returns* on unopened items returned without damaged packaging. Orders will need to be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Your order will also need to be returned in the same condition as when it was purchased (100% new and resalable condition, in original packaging. Items must be UNUSED). RMA number/slip and/or order number must accompany return to ensure timely refund and to avoid a restocking fee. Orders returned without an RMA slip/number or order number will not be refunded. In summary, to ensure a full refund and a free return, return your order in new condition and ensure we can process the return quickly.

In a situation where an item is broken while being used properly due to a manufacturer defect, we will replace the item in question so long as it is covered under the manufacturer warranty for the reason a return is being requested. Certain items and conditions do not qualify for replacement under manufacturer warranty and such items are not eligible to return. In most cases where an item is damaged in use we can assist facilitating a warranty replacement with the manufacturer, however that process does take longer than contacting them directly for a warranty replacement.

Unfortunately there are times when an item is returned used, abused or worse, someone swaps the new tool with their old beat up one. In cases such as these, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee all the way up to 100% of the price.

If you want to ensure the best refund for return, please call or email us with your concerns and any supporting information that you have ahead of time so we can work with you.

* free returns means no restocking fee will be charged on items returned in new and resalable condition. Return shipping is at customer expense unless determined on a case by case basis.
