They are made with polyolefin material that makes a watertight seal possible, and their 3:1 shrink ratio lets you bundle wires tightly to minimize movement of components. These cable sleeves work in applications with a 1 kV rating.3Mâ„¢ Heat Shrink Cable Sleeve ITCSN is a split resistant sleeve with a factory applied adhesive/sealant that offers reliable performance for electrical splices, connections and terminations. It is perfect for insulating secondary splices, direct buried, submersible or dig in repairs, as well as physical protection of high voltage, air insulated connectors or lugs.
