Uniquely engineered to tackle the toughest jobs, 3Mâ„¢ Diamond Polishing Cloth Sheet 652WY is constructed with micron-graded diamond particles encapsulated in a resin bead. As the resin erodes, diamond particles continue to be exposed.
Diamond is extremely useful in polishing for its unique ability to produce excellent surface finishes on hard to grind materials.. We used a tough resin bond designed to retain the diamond through its useful life.
Use Wet or Dry
652WY has a water-resistant, X-weight cloth backing that should be used wet. Coolant is useful to remove grinding swarf and extending abrasive life. It also keeps grinding temperatures cooler.
This sheet is available in 3000 Mesh, 8000 Mesh or 50,000. Mesh grades in 1.5, 2.5 and 3-inch widths. PSA and QRS backings are available in all grades.
