  • The center of the tip of the punch has a rounded center section that fits inside the hole created by the roll pin. This helps prevent damaging the roll pin and easy removal of the pin
  • The octagonal shape is easier to grip when striking with a hammer and also prevents the tool from rolling away when placed on a surface.
