Overview

Designed for work on assembly lines and repetitive production tasks, this clicking-type torque wrench features a dual stop signal for clear feedback during operation. The adjustment knob can be unscrewed after setting the desired torque value, preventing unintentional changes. An included TORX® Tamper Resistant locking screw and self-adhesive seals provide additional protection against tampering, as no adjustment is possible without breaking the seal The wrench does not require resetting to “0” after use, and the measuring element is only under load when force is applied. QuickSelect quick adjustment enables fast and precise setting, supported by a dual scale in N·m and ft·lb. It includes a mount for interchangeable insert tools and a QuickRelease safety lock The clicking mechanism is insensitive to continuous loads and counter-loads up to the maximum measurement range. Counter-clockwise tightening is possible by turning the insert tools over. Optimal calibration can be achieved with perfectControl® calibration systems No. 7794 or calibration systems No. 7706 and 7791. Easy adjustment is possible without disassembly via two external adjustment screws Equipped with a 2-component handle, the torque wrench is supplied in a sturdy plastic box (sizes 80–100 in a sheet steel box). It includes a calibration certificate in accordance with DIN EN ISO 6789-2:2017 and offers an accuracy of ± 3%..
