The Protop II Impact is characterized by a solid impact cap at the end of the handle as part of the drive through hexagon bolster blade. Extremely tight screws can be loosened with a hammer blow on the impact cap. The impact energy is transmitted through the cap and blade directly to the screw head. Neither the handle nor the blade will be damaged.
