  • WHAT'S IN THIS TOOLSET - This skimming blade combo includes 10", 16", and 24" blades, a 37” - 63" extendable handle, and a handle adapter.
  • A PROPRIETARY BLADE EDGE - The 0.3mm European stainless steel blade inserts feature a rounded edge profile (vs. a typical stamped edge that is squared off and sharp). The compound rolls off the DEWALT Skimming Blade evenly and with a smoother finish.
  • A UNIQUE BLADE SHAPE - Raised at both ends and rounded at the corners, the proprietary shape of the blade insert itself minimizes or eliminates lap marks when you are smoothing out large areas.
  • ALUMINUM HANDLE PROFILE - Aircraft-grade, extruded aluminum housings provide maximum rigidity across the blade span. The ergonomic profile provides a comfortable, ergonomic hand grip for all-day use.
  • LIGHTWEIGHT EXTENSION HANDLE - Constructed from premium fiberglass, aluminum, and high impact ABS composite, this handle lets you finish walls & ceilings with ease.

About manufacturer
DeWalt

DeWalt’s history stretches all the way back to 1922 when founder, Raymond DeWalt, finalized the first woodworking machine. This led to the official start for the DeWalt company two years later in 1924 where their focus was on producing the same “Wonder-Worker” machine that could be set up in nine different configurations. DeWalt continued to grow over the decades finally introducing their first portable power tools in 1992 and many other innovations such as the ability to track tools via Bluetooth which was introduced in 2015. Over the past century, DeWalt has been a name that professional tradesmen have come to trust thanks to their outstanding quality, performance and thoughtful advances in technology. When you’re buying a DeWalt tool take comfort in the fact that they have been the go-to source for high quality tools on a jobsite for nearly 100 years.
