The float is ideal for brown coat in plaster and stucco or even applying grout for tiles. The 1/4" synthetic rubber float pad is securely cemented to a flat aluminum backer for durability when pressure is applied. This additional strength makes it easy to move material into place on wood and metal lath. A 7-1/4" smooth wood float handle provides a comfortable grip to this 11-1/2" x 5" float.
