Overview
The GMP Stainless Steel Lashing Wire is used in a lashing machine to lash a single aerial cable or a combination of cables to a supporting messenger strand. When estimating the length of lashing wire required for a cable run, add the following amounts to the length of the run for single lashing: Add 5% for cable up to 1-1/2 inches in diameter, Add 10% for cable up to 1-1/2 inches to 3 inches in diameter, and Add 20% for cable up to Over 3 inches in diameter.
