Unique slug-splitting design and tool steel construction easily punch 10 gauge (3.5 mm) mild steel and stainless steel. The self-centering punch aligns itself on pilot hole. No need to draw crosshairs or line up die alignment marks. The unique punch profile also splits slugs for easier slug removal. The dies and stainless steel draw studs are heavy duty for longer life. Founded in 1862, Greenlee Tools got its start as a toolmaker when two brothers needed to manufacture their invention (a special drill surrounded by chisels).
