Overview
This pair of pliers combines cutting, stripping, and crimping functions for MC4® and MC4® Evo 2 PV (photovoltaic) plug type connectors in 6 mm² (10 AWG). Designed for the installation, repair, and maintenance of photovoltaic systems, the pliers feature precision dies and an integral lock with a self releasing mechanism for repetitive, high crimping quality. The crimping pressure is precisely calibrated at the factory, and the crimping die is not exchangeable. Lever transmission provides high crimping force. The pliers are made from chrome vanadium electric steel in special quality and are oil hardened.
