Klein Tools is the result of one of those “happy accidents” that turn out to be revolutionary. Klein Tools famously got their start in 1857 when a linesman came to founder Matthias Klein to repair his broken pliers. Klein replaced the broken half and when the old half of the tool broke too, Klein forged a replacement for that, thus making the first Klein Linesman pliers. Since these humble beginnings, Klein Tools has grown and become one of the largest American made toolmakers and they’re a brand used by tradesmen, linesman and electricians all across America.

A very nicely designed collection of numerous often used and some specialty driver bits. The case keeps everything corralled and easily identified for quick selection. The small diameter shaft is ideal for getting into otherwise inaccessible equipment housings. Also, said drive shaft can be used in two positions, providing either a short or long reach for the tips as required. Another nice piece of kit from Klein.

Nice set. I have a few like this from a few different makers and I like the Klein set best. The driver is excellent, and the blade can be flipped to extend it. The kit comes with nice assortment of bits. The case is excellent, nice solid plastic with a good latch. The driver rests in it nicely and the bits are firmly in without being too hard to pull out. I should add that this isn't a micro driver, so there have been a few instances where I couldn't get a really small recessed screw out because the shaft wouldn't fit in the recess. That is not a criticism, it's just a fact about the tool. I had to get a proper microdriver to solve that issue.

The big problem with this set is Klein doesn’t use industry standard 4mm hex micro bits. So you can’t use the bits with your Wiha or Vessel or Felo or iFixit etc handle, or this handle with those bits. That compounds the gaping hole in the bit selection - no Pozidriv. It should have PZ0 and PZ1. The proprietary bits also mean you have to rely on Klein to resupply worn out bits. If they discontinue the set you’re SOL. The good parts are that the handle is comfortable and the case is durable. If you don’t have any other microbits, don’t expect to use it much, and have never seen a small PZ fastener, then it’s a decent set. Otherwise you’d be better served with a set that uses industry standard bits.

There's a good assortment of bits, made of quality steel, in a nice case, with a decent precision driver. Can't ask for anything more!
