About Manufacturer
Klein Tools is the result of one of those “happy accidents” that turn out to be revolutionary. Klein Tools famously got their start in 1857 when a linesman came to founder Matthias Klein to repair his broken pliers. Klein replaced the broken half and when the old half of the tool broke too, Klein forged a replacement for that, thus making the first Klein Linesman pliers. Since these humble beginnings, Klein Tools has grown and become one of the largest American made toolmakers and they’re a brand used by tradesmen, linesman and electricians all across America.
Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.8 / 5 from 12 reviews.
One of the best options in this price range. It works great, offers plenty of useful features, and makes identifying cables quick and easy. A reliable tool that delivers excellent value.
I've been using this for about a month and keep it with my tools in the trunk of my car. So far, it has held up well and keeps everything securely in place. We haven't experienced hot weather yet, so I can't comment on the adhesive concerns that some others have mentioned. Based on my experience, though, it's working exactly as expected and has been a reliable addition to my toolkit.
This product offers an excellent fit and can be easily trimmed for a custom fit if needed. It's simple to use, provides ample storage capacity, and offers great protection for the contents. The overall build quality is excellent, making it a practical and reliable choice.
This tool was extremely helpful for identifying and tracing cables while setting up my network. It saved a lot of time, was easy to use, and made it simple to match cables to the correct rooms. A highly recommended tool for anyone working with network wiring.
Great features and very easy to use. Klein consistently makes quality equipment, and this tool is another excellent addition to their lineup. Well done!
Overall, this is an excellent case with great quality and organization. My only suggestion would be to include a dedicated compartment for the tone generator. I currently store it in the zippered pocket on the lid, which works well, but it seems there would have been enough room in the main compartment if the internal layout had been arranged a bit more efficiently. Even so, it's a well designed and highly practical storage solution.
The instructions are detailed, but taking the time to read them makes this tool easy to use and highly effective. It’s an excellent purchase and well worth the investment.
I really like the features and capabilities of this tester. It’s easy to use and performs well. I’m very happy with the purchase and hope it continues to hold up for the long term.
