These 8-Inch Klein Tools Insulated Heavy-Duty Diagonal-Cutting Pliers have durable molded insualtion that is flame retardant, impact resistant and clearly marked with 1000-volt rating. The knives are heavy duty inducion hardened steel that can cut ACSR, screws, nails, and most hardnened wire.
